Kollo Baba Jiya is a proud son of Gakpan in Patigi. His work and relationships reach across all five local government areas of Kwara North: Baruten, Edu, Kaiama, Moro and Patigi.
He built his businesses from the ground up. Alongside them, he has spent years putting something back: supporting students through school, helping young people into skills and work, backing small businesses, and funding projects that matter to the community.
Kwara North deserves representation that listens, understands its challenges and speaks with confidence for its people.
As the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for the Kwara North Senate seat in 2027, he is asking for the chance to serve, with a focus on development, opportunity, security, education and health, and on representation that delivers results people can see.
How he will represent you
- Listen
- Government has to hear people before it can serve them.
- Represent
- Every community, however small or remote, deserves a voice in Abuja.
- Connect
- Roads, bridges, markets and phone networks that link our towns to opportunity.
- Empower
- Education, skills, farming and enterprise that build livelihoods that last.
- Deliver
- A seat in the Senate should bring benefits ordinary people can feel.
Service before politics
Long before he sought office, Haske was known at home for showing up. His community work has included:
- Support for education
- Youth empowerment
- Help for small businesses
- Community development projects
- Support for vulnerable people
- Grassroots engagement across Kwara North
Leadership should begin with service, not with a title.
In his own words
My people of Kwara North, I am not coming to you as a stranger. I am your son, your brother, and one of you.
I have seen your struggles, listened to your hopes and shared in your challenges. My dream is simple: to give Kwara North a stronger voice, better opportunities for our youths and women, quality education, improved healthcare and meaningful development.
I am asking for your trust and support to serve you in the Senate. Together, we can make our light shine brighter.
